Domiciliary Care
Domiciliary Care
Lauriem Complete Care Ltd delivers a domiciliary care service for adults with many varied needs, supporting them to remain in their own homes. The support required may be minimal through to more complicated needs due to both physical and/or mental disability.
Your service begins with a comprehensive risk assessment, carried out by NVQ level 3 qualified supervisors, which leads to an in-depth person centred care plan to identify the needs and preferences of the people we support. You are fully involved from the beginning in decisions about your care and we welcome input from your family members and/or medical professionals, should you so wish, so that we can build a plan of care tailored to your requirements. The supervisor you meet at this time will monitor your service to ensure that we are achieving all the requirements agreed in the care plan and they will visit you every three months as part of the level of quality we are expected to achieve by the Care Quality Commission and our own company standards.
We have produced a Service User Guide containing useful information and contact details which is left in your home for your future reference and you can, of course, contact us at any time during office hours should you have any concerns or questions about your care needs.
Our trained care staff will be introduced to you via the supervisor. We try to provide flexible times for visits to suit your requirements and send in a small team of staff to cover these. By doing so, we hope you will then feel comfortable and confident in the service being provided.
As you can see from other areas on this website, we provide personal care, support with activities and respite care for family carers so that your quality of life is maintained and enhanced whilst remaining in your
