Universal Care Services was founded in 2003 as one of the leading healthcare providers in the West Midlands. In 2005, the company expanded to Warwickshire. The progressive growth of the company was as a result of our good service and referrals we received from our service users and friends. By 2011, however, Universal Care Services expanded further to Coventry and some part of East Midlands.

We are fully registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and a member of the United Kingdom Home Care Association (UKHCA).

Quality care to us is determined by the excellence of our care staff who are at the frontline of our service. These care staff are selected and trained to meet your needs. We have experienced Enabling support staff that will provide companionship and help you to regain your independence in your own home.
